  • Interview and screen applicants by checking employment, references and credit history
  • Use current legal forms approved by Department of Real Estate
  • Rent collection and disbursement of funds to owner
  • Computerized accounting and record keeping
  • Monthly Income and Expense Statements.
  • Year-End Income and Expense Statements
  • Property inspections.
  • Will coordinate repair and maintenance services
  • Will coordinate major remodeling or renovation at additional mutually agreed upon fee
  • If necessary, carry out tenant eviction process with the assistance of qualified legal counsel
