Mike Handley is a Real Estate Broker who services Monterey and San Luis Obispo Counties. Mike was born and raised in Salinas, CA, and is the 5th generation of his family to have been raised in the Salinas Valley. Mike’s great grandparents used to farm the old family homestead off of Hudson Rd. just North of Greenfield. Mike obtained his B.S. in Real Estate and Land Economics from Fresno State before moving back to Salinas to join his Father in the family business, Town’ N Country Realty.

During Mike’s career at Town’ N Country Realty, he has brokered numerous transactions including single-family homes, business opportunities, ranch & farmland, commercial buildings, and multi-family apartment buildings. Mike has a knack for unique and creative ways to market his listings.

Mike serves all communities of the Central Coast from Monterey County to San Luis Obispo County. Together with his team, Mike has proven to be a consistent, top producing Real Estate Broker who has earned a reputation for his integrity, ethics, and results-oriented approach without sacrificing quality for his clients.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his two daughters, wine tasting, tinkering with new recipes, hunting, fishing, and watching Giant’s baseball.
